The retreat was truly transformative, exactly what my soul had been longing for. At first, I was hesitant. I had never done anything like it before. I was searching for inner peace and balance, but no matter what I tried yoga, therapy, journaling the heaviness, pressure, and stress never went away. Even after months of talk therapy, I couldn’t identify the root of what was weighing me down, which made it impossible to release.

That’s what led me to Jolene.

When we began our one-on-one coaching sessions, I was emotionally exhausted, constantly overworking, over giving, and chasing goals that only seemed to move further away. When we reached a small alcove with a stone bench, vivid memories began to surface. Sitting by the spring and drinking the iron-rich water, I felt renewed and grounded. The experience reconnected me to my intuition and inner strength, reminding me that I already had everything I needed within me.

The retreat didn’t just lift the heaviness I’d been carrying, it cleared the doubt that had quietly lived in my mind for years. For me, both the retreat and working one-on-one with Jolene finally brought the inner peace I had been searching for. Since then, I’ve continued to work with her privately, and over the past year, my life has transformed in ways I never imagined.

I now have a deeper understanding of myself and my purpose. My life finally feels as though it’s moving forward again, I’ve built a loving relationship, started a new job, and created a home halfway across the country. I also discovered that much of my past stress and exhaustion stemmed from being an empath with undefined chakras, constantly absorbing the fears and doubts of others. Before meeting Jolene, I didn’t realize that my shifting moods were often reactions to my environment. Through her guidance, I’ve learned to recognize when that’s happening, protect my energy, and refuel when I’m drained.

The heaviness that lifted during the retreat has never returned. For the first time in my life, I don’t overthink every decision. I trust my intuition, and even when life feels uncertain, I know things are unfolding exactly as they’re meant to.
