These Terms and Conditions govern:

Our dealings with you in general.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
- Due to the digital nature of our products (eBooks, audio recordings, meditations, online courses, and hybrid programmes), all fees are non-refundable.
- Payment plans may carry an additional administration fee (5–20%). You are responsible for ensuring funds are available on the agreed dates.
- Failure to fulfil agreed payment terms will result in loss of access to programme materials and exclusion from any related groups. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
- All coaching packages are purchased as a whole and are non-refundable once the first session has commenced.
- Clients have a statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If services begin within this period, the cooling-off right is waived for any sessions already delivered.
- Coaching sessions must be used within the timeframe agreed. Sessions not used may be forfeited, and any outstanding instalments remain payable.
- Unused sessions are valid only within the agreed timeframe of the package. If sessions are not used within that period, they are automatically forfeited.
- Withdrawal or non-completion of a package by the client does not entitle them to a refund for unused sessions. Any outstanding installment payments remain payable in full.
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice; missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.
Fees
- Current programme, product and service fees are listed on individual programme pages.
- We reserve the right to update fees/packages. We will honour fees agreed at the start of a package, but renewal or continuation is subject to new rates.
